APB style

I was asked to do a drawing for a friend of mine with the APB Theme in mind, it was a challenge but I enjoyed doing it, getting the shine to look great was pretty difficult and a lot of testing.

I wanted to make it look similar to the APB(all points bulletin Reloaded Game) style but in my own way.. Enjoy!
